Converted into serviced office space in 1990, the 4  storey Victorian building has a lot of character with decorative brickwork and a beautiful open courtyard. The building has wheelchair access.

Waterloo and Lambeth North Stations are just a few minutes’ walk away from The Chandlery, which also sits on a number of major bus routes, making it an ideal office space to do business in London.

This means that — unlike other operators who will use your deposit as working capital — you’ll have the equivalent of 2 months’ licence fee to take with you when you leave.
